WJHI-LP at 98.5 FM

I noticed tonight that Jeffersonville High School now has their own LP radio station on the air at 98.5 FM (it seems they went on the air about a month ago). I didn't listen for too long but they seemed to have a similar type of playlist as WNAS.

Of course there is also the recently launched ARTxFM at 97.1 and Crescent Hill Radio at 100.9. It's sort of nice having these LP stations that try to do something unique.

Something else I stumbled upon today, hidden in the HD radio stations, it seems that WQMF is broadcasting a classic hits on their HD2 station now. It was Slippery When Wet (80s hair bands) previously.

I miss my HD radio.. I installed an HD radio in my previous car and traded it in recently... Now I only have a stock AM/FM/CD radio...

I miss my HD radio in the car as well. I think just about every 2015 and 2016 seems to have HD radio. Although I can listen via my older iPad with this device. http://amzn.com/B004CSXBRA

Here in Lexington WKQQ-HD2 is all blues now. WMXL-HD2 is spanish, WLKT-HD2 is WiLD 103.9, WBUL-HD2 is Country Icons at 98.5

Speaking of "icons," WAMZ's HD2 feed is "WAMZ Icons," playing the exact same thing as Bull Icons. Literally, a simulcast, they just replace the "bull" name with WAMZ.
