WJHO 89.7 Format Change

WBGR FM 93.1

WJHO 89.7 in Alexander City has dropped their Southern Gospel (Soild Gospel) Format. They are now known as "Praise 89.7" and for the most part simulcast (aside from liners and Saturday mornings) the Salem Radio Network CCM format heard on sister station WELL 88.7 "Praise 88.7" in Auburn.

I asked them about 3 weeks ago when the change occured why the flip, and was told it was due to lack of financial support for the format.
