WJLD Posted An Increase In Latest Ratings

WJLD is up in latest Birmingham ratings, (1.5 to 2.1) in the 12+ numbers. Their core numbers of 25+ should be much better. I noticed that they have drop the ABN blues programming in the afternoons and overnight. They are now running Citadel's Media the Touch Urban AC format. They might want to consider staying with ABN since they got an increase with the previous format. Just a thought :)
 
I don't know if they dropped this slogan a long time ago, but I always remember WJLD going by "Touch 14" back in the 90's. Were they on this sat format then?

I did hear something new just last night, they're now using "Mix 104.1". I guess the "Mix" moniker doesn't have the same memory with their audience as it did with WYSF. When I think of "Mix" I think of "Mix 94.5" and get a little queasy. ;)
