Apparently, they have no insurance and have set up a GoFundMe to pay for a new tower.

Cutting the sections of the tower apart will make much more noise, but it will sound more like power lawn tractors at work to the neighbors.

Unless they used a torch to cut it up. You're just gonna hear a hiss of gas coming out and that won't be that loud. And the torch might be faster than a saw.

There most likely was no thief. The station owner is the real scofflaw
