Chicago Media Chat dropped the hint over 24 hours before anyone else did including CRM.

I have no idea why people obsess over that other rag tabloid and have to constantly quote them. Can't we give credit, where credit is due to fine sites like this one and CMC, which fly under the radar and treat everyone equal? ???

CMC also said that CBS will be releasing a press release. You can expect Feder to chime in when that is out in the public.

I think this will be very beneficial to KHITS so they can pull away even more from WLS-FM which seems to be really lost right now.
 
Yeah I noticed CMC had it first after I posted it, I acknowledged that afterwards.

Feder was mentioned just because many here look to him. I read all three sources equally.

Back on topic- I don't know much about his style, but he was on the 80's channel for a while right? And coming from KOOL (Classic Hits) I suppose he sounds right.
 
I heard him tonight on my way home... Awesome! I loved him when he was the guy behind the 80's channel (one of my bookmarked sites is the one that he maintains celebrating that station, and I go there and listen to the jingles and the stations' lifespan in 30 minutes).

Maybe he will come in here and post. I know he posts/posted in the Phoenix section.

I will say, he sounds completely different from then.
 
I'm beyond thrilled to be back in Chicago! I've had some great fun and success with CBS Radio. K-Hits is exactly where I want to be. As for the 80's Channel on HD2...from your lips to God's ears ;-)

Ahh, Gabby. Different time...different format. I don't see Gabby making a return. It's just too filthy of a bit. K-Hits is far more family friendly. But, I did see her a week ago. She's fantastic...and still funny as ever!
