WJMN HD Audio not decoding, but still transmitting the signal

Has anyone noticed that for the past few days, Jamn 94.5's HD signal is not decoding? The callsign comes up on the screen, but the audio never goes over to HD. This is the same problem that 105.1 WWLI has had for about 6 months now (apparently nobody cares down there).

I noticed that on WJMN when scanning the HD dial yesterday. The HD indicator blinks like it's detecting an HD signal, but that's as far as it gets. It doesn't actually go into HD.
