Growing up in S. Fla. watching Skipper Chuck in the morning was mandatory. I was truly saddened to hear of his passing but reading the Herald piece it seemed he had a great life and enjoyed every minute of it. You can't ask for more than that.

I think WTVJ needs to do a special tribute show, Zink is someone we all watched growing up in South Florida. NBC suits probably don't know this.

Thank you Chuck for all those great years :)

I think we all grew up watching Skipper Chuck. At that time, it was a way of life. We'll all miss him. Not only as Skipper Chuck and as Chuck Zink the radio host, but also for his charity work. He was pretty much the consumate man. So I raise a glass to you Chuck, and in your words, to you I say "Peace, Love & Happiness"<P ID="signature">______________
