WJOT-AM 1510 (DARK?)

Does anybody know if WJOT-AM 1510 in Wabash, IN is on the air. I tried calling there today and both the phone an fax numbers had been disconnected.

My reason for calling them was I knew the AM-1510 station was licensed for 250 watts, daytime, and I was wondering what kind of transmitter they were using. If anybody has any info on this, please let me know.
