WJR_Tigers & Red Wings

Corrections:
WJR carried Tigers games prior to 1964. Before that, WJR carried night games (far fewer of them then than now) and WKMH (1310) and WJBK (1500) both carried day games.
Ty Tyson and Harry Heilmann did not broadcast games together. Tyson worked for WWJ, the Detroit News, which broadcast the games locally. Heilmann worked for WXYZ, which fed the games to the Michigan Radio Network outstate. George W. Trendle owned both WXYZ and the Michigan Radio Network.
