WJSE signal upgrade / move is getting closer

The station is now IDing on-air as WJSE - Ocean City.
The construction permit has been approved per www.fcc.gov.

The upgrade involves:
- a move of the transmitter site 15 miles northeast
- a power increase from 3,000 watts (equivalent) to 6,000 watts (equivalent)
- installation of a directional antenna to protect WMGK in Philadelphia and WWFS in New York City.
** about 1,500 watt (equiv.) towards WMGK, about 3,000 watts (equiv.) towards WWFS
