WJTV 12.4 adds "Laff"

Must have been around 9AM this morning. While channel surfing this morning there were several glitches on WJTV. 12.4 lit up with dead air but suddenly reappeared briefly with "Escape" by mistake then off the air before returning with all 4 channels listed as WHLT 22. It took a while but they finally got the gremlins out of the system and put on"Laff" with mostly Empty Nest, Night Court, Drew Carey and That 70's show reruns
