WJXB and the rock

A boy was ridiculed for his hand-drawn University of Tennessee shirt. now the design is being sold and is also on the 97.5-ton rock at the school. I'm surprised the article was that specific about how big the rock is. What I want to know is why WJXB doesn't use this knowledge.
