Three Trees has filed to sell WJYF to the Educational Media Foundation for $1.3 million.

No surprise there. Three Trees once LMA'ed WBJY-89.3 and WAEF-90.3 from American Family Radio, in exchange for carrying local programming on both stations. AFR has since regained full control of both WBJY and WAEF. When the sale of WJYF becomes final, Three Trees will be left with only WTIF-AM and FM, that is, unless the company plans to give up those stations too. That probably won't happen anytime soon, but in this crazy business in radio, always expect the unexpected.
