WJZP application dismissed

'TOS is on 96.7 the old WCME in Boothbay, however I have no idea how well it comes in in Portland/Westbrook (must encounter lots of interference with WQSO out of Rochester)

Before WJZP arrived WTOS 105.1 came in pretty good all the way down to Biddeford.96.7 from Boothbay starts comming in about 6 or 7 miles north of Portland and 96.7 from Rochester starts comming in about 10 miles south of Portland. They both have terrible signals.

They jumped the gun. As soon as the new LPFM act passes Congress 3rd adjacents will be allowed. Ironically if the asked to move to a second adjacent they may have been granted. The FCC is barred by act of Congress from allowing short spacing on 3rd adj channels.
