WKAT Management changes

Does anybody know what happened at WKAT? I checked their website and they have a new GM (who was the OM), a new OM and I heard nothing about it. Did somebody do somebody wrong?!?

Have they done something right?

Their contracts prohibit the station from getting over a 0.1.
