WKAT News

Hey, I just heard this gal named Nan Yates do the news on 1360. She's the best they've had in a while! Any idea where she came from? Could it be that there is ACUTALLY a station in Miami that is promoting some good local content?

Yes, their news includes good local content, even if their shows are all syndicated. Art Riley, formerly of WIOD, is there. See May Radio News -- http://www.univox.com/radio/2005maypart1.html -- the Triple Flip story.

June Radio News will be up in a few days.

Metro networks actually does the local news for WKAT. Art and Nan both work for Metro.
