WKCR and WKCR.org are playing all Bob Dylan today

They are doing this for Dylan's 81st birthday. His fans must love it. This brings up two questions:
1. Are they breaking the Digital Millenium Copyright act by playing more than three songs in an hour on WCKR.org?
2. Right now, they are airing a bootlegged recording of a concert. Is that legal?

You can get a waiver from the label if you want to do a special project. It's pretty simple. No extra money. They just want to be informed and have the option to say no.

When you get the digital waiver, you can also ask that question of the label.
