Once the CP is built, the next step will be to turn the aux site into a primary, which means 106.9 will eventually be 19.5kw from Center City, with a signal (nearly) identical to WMMR's.

Won't they need to be directional to go up to 19.5kw? WZCY is a Class B less than 80 miles away from Philly (licensed to Hershey PA). WWYY (Belvidere NJ) may also need protection being just 65 miles from Philly.
