In all probability the license and all tangible assets, if any exist, will be sold in an effort to recover the cost associated with the defaulted note as well as the cost associated with the foreclosure repossession.
 
So Mark thinks the station will be sold.....any other predictions?
 
ok, this deal looks like it was done 4/27/11 but no updates or filings on the FCC website yet. Any particulars such as the dollars and cents? Inquiring minds want to know.
 
Does anyone know if Bruce Cox is still alive? His attorney has not seen or heard from him in over a year nor has Bruce responded to any court filings or notices.

Several more weeks have passed and still no FCC filings regarding a sale or transfer of license. Very strange. However, stranger yet, just a few days ago on 5/31/11 an amendment was filed for their 10kw application to correct some coordinates and squishing their proposed 4 tower array onto their property. It was under the Talknsports, Inc name and had the electronic signature of Bruce Cox. Hmmmmmm.......
 
Probably Cox still in denial as to his loss of the station. Little he has done made any sense and this may be another example.

I met with Bruce Cox a few months ago for lunch, so he was still alive and well at that time...
