Clear Channel has debuted WKFS HD2 subchannel on 100.7 translator, the format what you say.....Adult CHR/Hot AC, smh on this one. For now they are using Premium Choice with no imaging or anything. The Air One format has moved to translator 96.9. Cant believe this one, Guess the thinking is they'll help Kiss get ahead of Q102 with this one, big mistake, The Classic Hip Hop and Urban format they said they were gonna use would have been better, positioned between MOJO and the Wiz, not surprised though its cheap channel after all!

All of the above would be more logical and no local imaging to it!
Is this streaming or does it have a site? No name for it? They can't expect THAT to win against Q.

I'll listen to the Top of the Hour ID and find out what the channel name is from I Heart Radio that they are relaying on the station. I think it is one of their Mix Variety channels.

Its Clear Channel's PC "Today's Mix Format" on Iheart radio. The station is billing itself as The new 100.7 the River(Hot AC) and Clear Channel has brought back "Valentine in the morning for wake-ups. Target is Q102 obviously!
Today's Mix is decent, but all of the PC stuff is canned and boring because it has to be programmed on a national level. Btw, Valentine is the morning jock on the "Today's Mix" feed so they're getting whatever jocks PC is getting.

Wouldn't alternative hurt the already ailing WEBN? CC needs to find a way to keep people listening to EBN, and adding an alt-rocker, which will likely siphon off younger listeners, won't do that. Mind you, I've wanted a real alternative back in Cincy ever since the sound flipped.

I'm in Florence and the signal and audio quality is good, actually louder than Q102, its a directional signal aimed at Kentucky and the city of Cincinnati only to protect WEEC in Springfield Ohio.

We may soon find out, Clear Channel plans to put WEBN's HD2 Channel on translator 106.3 soon, it carries Iheart radio's "Slippery when we wet" format.
I think the River format is a little hotter than I would wan, itt could hurt Kiss a little a too, may defeat the purpose of pushing Kiss ahead of Q102. Its about 60/40 Current/Recurrent intensive with a lot of shared songs on Kiss's playlist!

If you compare 100.7's audio with Kiss 107.1 there is a big difference. At least to my ears.
