Does anyone remember WKGN's news/talk format in the 1980s? Also, what talk programs aired on WKGN in the 1980s?

I was there from early '82 to mid '83. News blocks in the morning 6-9am and afternoon 3-5pm. Middays had a swap and shop program from 9-10am. Wynn Maxwell had a couple of talk shows until 3pm. Sports talk from 5-7pm with Kent Scott. Dan Kennedy and Debbie Ellis did the News Blocks, I think. At first from 7pm til 5:30 am we went back to an Oldies based AC format. Then they added Larry King from midnight until 5:30am. staying with music 7-12 mid. They also ran Braves baseball when in season. Notre Dame football was covered on the weekends. I loved listening to Lindsey Nelson doing play by play. He also had a nationally syndicated show sponsored by Texaco call Autoweek or something like that that covered automotive repairs, he recorded it at the WKGN studios about every month or so.

I remember Wynn Maxwell's Cross Talk talk show in the afternoons. Does anyone know the name and artist of the theme song with what sounded like someone whistling and some strings being played as well? And of course who could forget the late great POA?..."There's Paul Oscar Anderson WKGN News".
