WKHJ 1570

WKHB 103.9 is not doing top hour ID for 1570 WKHJ, are they separate Programming?

1570 is simulcasting WKVE 103.1 now

I'm Surprised Bob is not using his 102.1 Translator for KVE it has a Strong Signal over Pittsburgh Proper and next to WDVE.

He cant, ti's tied to WKHB-AM under the AM Revitalization plan and was moved in from Dubois... so its stuck with WKHB AM

From 7:15 PM to 6 AM 620 WKHB has Computer Oldies, could 103.1 WKVE Simulcast in that time Slot?

why would WKVE want to simulcast that? two entirely different formats, oldies on 620 is just filler

102.1 has a Strong signal over Pittsburgh Proper if some of the WDVE listeners caught the music Mix of WKVE over the "same old Songs" on 102.5 it could increase 103.1 Ratings.

so you think they should put a music format and ditch the paid programming that prob. makes them more money?

I ment when they are using the Computer filler( 7:15 pm to 6 am).

oldies better fits the listeners who tune in for the talk and paid programming.

To my knowledge KVE has never even shown up in the ratings, so "better" is a relative term.

WKVE is not a subscriber to the Nielsen ratings, so they would not "show up" regardless of how many listeners they may have (and I am sure they do have listeners).
