WKIP

I noticed WKIP is now running a different standards service, I believe the same Westwood One version that's on WELC 1370. When did that start? Looks like they still have the oldies show Saturday nights and Dick Robinson on Sunday.

This might be the same thing as with WCKL in Catskill running the same service that usually ran standards as WW1. WMTR in Morristown, NJ used to be the standards station which was carried by WW1 before it flipped to oldies as Classic Oldies WMTR. Looks like WKIP has dumped the "Music of Your Life" standards with the likes of Gary Owens, Peter Marshall, Chuck Southcott, Wink Martindale and others. Replacing with Jeff Rollins, Chick Watkins and Jim Baine. Good stuff.
