For those who keep up with the smaller local AMs

Found out what WKIQ has been up to over the past few months... There was an article in the Lake county paper regarding them that appeared last September...

Rama is leasing it to a guy who's interested in buying the station for himself. I remember sitting in front of that board position back in 1996. :) (see article for photo)

http://www.wkiq1240.com is their most recent website. Terrible but at least something is there I suppose.

I'm glad to hear that..while I am not familiar with the statioon, I wish them well to return radio to the localities. Good article! Big APE!!
