From ALLACCESS.COM:
GREAT SOUTH RFDC, LLC is selling six stations in ALABAMA to GREAT SOUTH WIRELESS, LLC for $100 and assumption of debt. PAUL H. REYNOLDS is a principal of both companies; the deal has the buyer taking over partner SCOTT ALEXANDER's interest and assuming some of his debts and obligations. The stations include WZLM/GOODWATER, WKGA/DADEVILLE, WTID/REPTON, WHPH/JEMISON and WEZZ/THOMASTON as well as the pending assignment application for WKLF-A/CLANTON.
**************
I visited WKLF and then WEZZ in Clanton back in The Summer of 2004. I recall, back then.. their license for 980 AM was deleted and shows as "DWKLF". The renewal was accepted in 2003, but never granted. How come?
Why does WKLF not use the 156 Watt Night Service?(I was told, back in 2004, by a staff member, that they do sign off) 156 Watts would cover the immediate area very nice.
