WKLM Millersburg Problems

Take it for what it is worth but sources have told me that WKLM Millersburg 95.3 has some serious troubles. Long time broadcaster Mark Longsinger has left, and so has Robin Hauenstein. This will be a huge lose for Holmes county because both served the community very well, from their support of local schools to fund raisers. It will be interesting to see what changes will be heard. WKLM might not be the best sounding station around but at least they are true to the roots and are local.

Are either of them getting out of the biz, or moving on to another opportunity? Any reasons given for their reported exit? I don't know either particularly well, but Mark always seemed like a pro's pro the few times I had dealings with him in a former broadcast life.

Mark is still doing play by play but now online www.thevoiceofholmescounty.com . Very nice website and seems to be on to something for the Holmes county area.

WKLM sure does sound banged up lately, Ted the night guy (Great accent) left as well.

BIGFOOT - any updates on how WKLM is doing now? Haven't been around for awhile and was curious as to what may have happened and how things were going almost two years later.

newsgeek - WKLM now has Tyler Stutzman doing 6-9p,, M-F, and he also does the sports, as well as Matt C. Michael H. is on the air from 9p-12a and Saturday and Sunday from 1-7p. Donnie Norris is on the air, Saturday 7p-12a. They now are formatting the new music, like 94.1 FM. They sound good! Whenever you get the chance, give them a listen and have others do the same.
