Its owners have applied to the F.C.C. for permission to move it to Glen Oaks, by the Queens/Nassau border. It would run only 10 watts on 106.3, but from atop a much higher building. Thunder has filed an objection to the application.

That was dripping with sarcasm, my comment. Thunder needs to worry about their home market (the Jersey Shore) and forget about a 10 watter on Long Island.
