WKNE-FM Keene, NH Coverage?

I made a quick visit to Brattleboro, VT today (Wednesday, April 30th) and flipped between WTSA-FM 96.7 of Brattleboro and WKNE-FM 103.7 of Keene, NH. As I left Vermont down I-91, I intentionally left my radio of 103.7 FM to see how far their signal would travel. It was solid until maybe Exit 26 for Greenfield, MA. It was then spotty between there to Northampton, MA. It went away and got briefly strong near the Easthampton/Holyoke city line by Mile Marker 21 southbound. It then went away for good and a hint of WEEI-FM 103.7 of Westerly/Providence, RI took over. Here are a few questions or as it relates to 103.7 FM:

1- Who was on the air first? 103.7 FM of Keene, NH or 103.7 FM of Westerly/Providence, RI?
2- Is a map available which shows the directional coverage for WKNE-FM?
3- If I'm not mistaken, isn't there also another 103.7 FM broadcaster licensed to either Berlin, NH or Mount Washington, NH? ???
