WKNR low power during Jim Rome

All this week when I'm listening to WKNR @ 12 noon the signal drops to low power at the start of the Jim Rome Show. Back to full power at 3:00pm. What's up with this?

Not sure but 850 seems not as strong in Canton, either. I'll check again at 3 to see if there is a noticeable difference
