According to a poster on Radioinsight, they are off-the-air due to the winter storm causing (a) problem(s) at the transmitter site.
 
A neighbour who lives in the Detroit areas remembers those calls on 1310 in Dearborn in the 60s/70s. Keener 13.

I visited the old 1310 WKNR in suburban Dearborn, MI way back in the early 1970’s at the studio/transmitter site. Cool station.
