I don't disagree about 98.1 but 100.1 is hardly a "rimshot" station. It is a full market C2 (20kW @ 636') with a 70 dBu contour completely encompassing both their COL and the core of the metro (Lexington).
There was an application in the early 2000's/late 90's to have it be a 50kW but not sure why they didn't do that. Couldn't bump it up now with all the stations now.
