WKRI, WFBK, and WKBR sold

Not too long after WRBK in Rock Hill started expanding by signing new stations on the air in Fort Mill, Summerville, and Hodges, they've sold all 3 signals to the His Radio people for His Radio Praise. Sad that something unique had to go away.

If all of this fodder is true, then it's just the age old curse,.....that seems to follow Oldies formatted stations. For years, stations have been bought & old like cheap used cars, with no regard to where the chips fall. This is why I recharge my WMA/MP3 player, overnight, out of self-defense from the following day. Even though his on-air delivery was a bit uncontained, I still enjoyed Pat Patterson, and what the man was doing for Music,....and not Radio. Regional recording artists have talent, but getting airplay is almost impossible,....if it were not for honest thought, and effort.
