WKSE FM Tower site

Looked up WKSE 98.5 Kiss, tower site on radio locator and pointed too Grand Island NY. 43° 00' 18" N, 78° 59' 34" W (insert in google map)It showed 2 towers (AM Site aswell?) in the middle of nowhere with the arrow of WKSE pointed at one of them. Anyone seen the WKSE site or know anything about it? It looks old but boy, has good coverage across the border....Maybe because lots of water around.
 
The WKSE site on Staley Rd. is also the former studio and transmitter site of WHLD, hence the 2 towers. WKSE is on the east tower at the site while the only thing currently on the west tower is the UHF receive antenna that enables the Entercom stations to do remotes from all over WNY. The building also housed the WKSE studios until 1987.
 
Just a guess but they could be doing some work on HD radio transmitter equipment. Yes, it is a ghost town on both sides of the the building-they are not connected inside.
