WKZF - WTF?

Heard something very weird on 92.7 WKZF moments ago: They played a Muzak-esque, instrumental piece that might have been heard perhaps on 92.7's previous format, yet on the streaming player, the track was listed as "Highway To Hell" by AC/DC. I was thinking perhaps they were in a commercial break and the music piece was covering it up, but Hall doesn't do that ever since they started using StreamTheWorld. Then the next song after that instrumental was Bad Company's "Feel Like Makin' Love", as accurately listed on the player.

I guess they didn't completely clean out all of the Smooth Jazz stuff yet? Was there a track mislisted? And isn't the morning jock live? You'd think he would have caught that.

Update: After Bad Company, WKZF is now playing "Highway To Hell." ???

It could have been the commercial for Ikos Music Trade in York. Their commercials blends various styles of music before coming in with a simple line with their name and address. It catches alot of people off guard.

I recall hearing the instrumental right after a liner, and there was no ad tag at the end of it. Thanks, though!

Something is amiss with WKZF's streaming. I can't hear any music, but the commercials are coming through just fine. I can see the song titles but no music.

Iko's is still around? Wow, I remember buying and selling CDs there back in the early 90s.
