WLAY-FM moves to 100.1

For the folks who don't peek in the Huntsville subforum, it's worth mentioning that WLAY-FM has moved from 103.5 to 100.1 so WHVK in Huntsville can get a small upgrade.

The flip happened "officially" today but in reality they changed a few days ago. I'm told that W261BY translator in Killen is STILL broadcasting, so there's some interference issues east of the Shoals area.

The translator has a CP to move to 103.5 as part of this.

My friend in the area is rather upset that he's lost the ability to hear WQRV-HD2, too.
