If I owned WLEV, I would completely re-launch the station with a new name and slogan (one that wasn't already used).

New jocks, fresh playlist, and maybe even new calls.

Yeah, the station has re-launched 6000 times, but I would try to keep things steady for at least a month!
 
Just food for thought, but haven't they already done that? They're using the WLEV calls that haven't been heard in years, have a new morning show, a (relatively) new afternoon driver, have changed the slogan, and are completely re-imaging the station. Not to mention a vastly improved playlist, better than the old "play sappy Celine Dion songs every hour" formula.
