WLIR imaging

For many years, WLIR had the same person doing imaging on the station especially during the modern rock era and his name escapes me.

From Scott Fybush's wonderful TOPHOUR web site, here is a link to a 2003 station ID and that voice. Can anyone tell me the name of the talent?

I hope its Terrestrial...I want to see WQBU's Regional Mexican format and all its "gang affiliation" SQUASHED AND GONE!
