What's the deal with the CP bought to re-broadcast LIR?

Is this the booster that would have been placed on 92.7 in Midtown Manhattan, which they applied for in 2003 before the station was sold to Univision? Or the construction permit to move the current WLIR stick further west on Long Island?

Probably the Mike & Tammy news (from All Access):

In another deal filed with the FCC, MICHAEL CELENZA and TAMMY M. CELENZA are buying FM translator constuction permit W245BA/MANORVILLE, NY from BRIDGELIGHT, LLC for $10,000. The translator will rebroadcast WLIR/HAMPTON BAYS, LONG ISLAND.

What was the date of that filing?
What frequency does W245BA broadcast on?

Are they broadcasting from Bald Hill yet? That's one of the highest, if not the highest points on the island, if I'm not mistaken, so even a low powered signal can get out quite far from that location. That certainly would explain the signal getting out at least as far as Huntington.

I think its 10 Watt directional. I was able to receive the station relatively clearly on Ocean Parkway at the Nassau-Suffolk Boarder at 4PM. The signal stayed pretty decent until I began to head North on the Robert Moses Causeway, at which time it became pretty noisy. Then at the SS Parkway it cleared up and was still listenable in West Babylon. I have no problem hearing it inside my home in Nesconset.

Amazing to me how this station still manages to put together a better play list than Sirius Alt Nation, Lithium and First Wave. Now PLEASE fix the stream and make it sound better than a distant AM.

Here is the location of the stick (using TinyURL to reduce the URL length)

They must be.
I can pick them up pretty clearly on the LIE starting around Exit 51.
Given that they are licensed to broadcast at the wattage of a very dim lightbulb (10 watts), they must be up there on the WBLI stick (which is the one they have the CP for)

Speaking of CPs, I just notices that 92.9 WEHM has a CP to move west to the same site in Manorville as WBON.
