if you go into the set-up properties of Real Player, you can select what it will auto play.
Delect any MMS type streams

Then, go into Windows media Player.. go into preferences and select it there.
 
mms is a windows media format. You probably have real player set up to recognise mms type streams. One of the formats that Windows Media Encoder generates is mms.
