WLIS/WMRD adds 105.3 translator...

So I was trying to listen to WPTY 105.3 40 miles away which is the only dance format in the region but instead the station WLIS/WMRD AM 1150/1420 added a translator on 105.3 in a unknown spot. I'm in the New Haven County just ten miles from Middletown, CT where the AM station is from. Anyone else can confirm the reception status of that translator of 105.3 FM?

Stream it. You're well outside the WPTY coverage area and anything you got was a bonus because it sailed across the water with nothing to stop it

It’s sadly not received in my area (Waterbury)
Found the coverage map for that translator on Radio Locator, practically the same coverage as a nighttime AM signal which isn't heard at all even from just 10 miles away. Even heard another translator (105.3 W287CS from Manchester, CT easily and 105.3 WPTY still when I readjusted the antenna on accident.) They always have the option to upgrade later on like many other translators.

I heard a little bit of it on Worthington Ridge, at the east end of Farmington Avenue in Berlin Sunday evening. It sounded like something ethnic was fighting with it. I was using the FM chip on a new prepaid cell phone I bought on April 18th. It's made by Motorola, if that matters.

Most likely the translator for 1230-AM WNEZ Manchester, CT.

The ethnic one was there first on Farmington Avenue in Berlin...barely. As the end of Farmington rose up to meet Worthington Ridge, the translator started taking over. The WMRD translator was then quite strong near the church down to the beginning of Middletown Road. I tuned out once I realized what the station was.
