WLSQ gone...again?

I was fishing around on the FCC web site wondering if the The FM for Byrdstown @ 98.9 had ever got on the air. Southern Media Group bought the CP from Susan Clinton and had the WLSQ asigned to it. Southern Media Group had a problem with paying the fees for their Harriman FM application and got their hand slapped by the FCC. Did they forget to pay the auction fee for the new FM? Anyone heard any poop?
