WLTM about to turn the Christmas "Lites" on?

Just took a look at http://www.949litefm.com and saw a countdown to Christmas and snowflakes all over the website. Song playing on my radio behind me is Elton John's "Philadelphia Freedom" (It was followed by "ohh Mercy Mercy Me)). A liner ran during commercials but did not tell us when the Christmas music will begin. Seems likely that when the Christmas music comes on tonight that it won't end until Midnight the morning of December 26th.

Majic 102.9 (102.9 in Gainesville) begins playing the soundtrack for Lake Lanier's "Magical Nights of Lights" from 6-Midnight every night from tonight through December 30th

I do know that from their website that The Fish will flip on Thanksgiving. The other Christian stations will most likely follow suit. Depending on where you live that's 3-5 stations for you to listen to, or tune out (depending on your like or dislike of the format) <P ID="signature">______________

As of 6:20 P.M. EST, their website is still listing their regular AC format.

However, given that they run Delilah, and as she does have an all-Christmas version of her show available, it's possible they may take the plunge at 8 P.M. when Delilah's show begins.

That is a real possibility especially since the DJ about an hour ago plugged the midday lunch request hour and that the theme on Monday would be Christmas requests.

They're running the Delilah Christmas version right now. The midday host just came on for one of the local tags, and admitted that the station was playing "Christmas classics with Delilah", but made no suggestion that the Christmas would carry to a 24/7 schedule.

Lite is now all-Xmas til Xmas Day

Louis Kaplan, the Lite PD, told me Thursday that they are all Christmas starting with Delilah tonight until Christmas Day.
