$$$$$$$$$$$ Because I am not a regular listener (A friend is) I can only guess.
#1-Weekends bring in poor revenue. Advertisers want weekly drive time and will pay big for it, giving a time to break format. #2-WLTW gets good ratings, with that comes more freedom to experiment. #3- The talent may be bored with the Lite format. #4- A station in New Jersey 107.1 (The Breese) is playing a Lite AC mixed with oldies and may be hurting WLTW in that part of New Jersey. Just my speculation here
