Tonight will be exactly one year to the day that WLVI-TV closed up shop at 75 Morrissey Boulevard with the last installment of "THE Ten O' Clock News". It's hard to believe that a whole year has elapsed since that sad event when Channel 56 was transferred from Tribune to Sunbeam, basically minus the entire staff of WLVI-TV. I'm curious on what happened to the 150+ great people who found themselves without a job, less than one week before Christmas. I looked at the DVD from that night one year ago and wondered how the staff fared after the shutdown at 12:01 AM, when Sunbeam came in took over. If you're an alum from that staff of 56, please chime in.
