WLW Throwback Tuesday Ratings Stunt

I liked hearing McConnell from 9- noon today. He's much more comfortable with doing a talk show. As far as the other lineup changes it was just rearranging the chairs on the Titanic. What are your thoughts? Changes need to made but I doubt IHeart is in a position right to freshen up the station. Is Traffic and weather necessary any more with everyone having smart phones in the palm of their hand? Here's John Kiesewetter's Blog post about Throwback Tuesday.

Spoiler alert... I actually called in. I'm sure it was not what Cunningham wanted to hear. I said stick to sports & politics - Broo/Lance/Mo/Chick & Seg...Bulldog/Gary Jeff - mix 'em up anyway you want. (I don't like the daytime line-up at all.)

Yes, I do remember "Helen Mays" "suspending" Willie every time he went on vacation.

I'll take long-form McConnell anytime. I don't think WLW is the Titanic just yet, but I don't know what changes they could make that would help (yes I'd like to hear McConnell in middays, though I never listened to Jim Scott.
