WLXN LEXINGTON BREAKING NEWS

I am DOWN for a road trip to Lexington County, NC. Then we can hit up Midway County, Reedy Creek County, Thomasville County and High Rock Lake County.

There's no Outback in Lexington County, NC BIG APE. Aintchu ever left SC?
You must be thinking of Salisbury County, NC where they make their own steaks and gravies.
You don't have to eat, though, you can just stay outside Sambo's and sign autographs.
cHicks will eat that up. "Play mah song! Play mah song! Do yer DJ voice like GTaGO said!" cHicks will swooooooooooooooooon.
I just hope we don't run out of Platformate.

Lots of silly talk here. I did make a typo and said Lexington County, of course it is Davidson County. But everyone knew that we were discussing WLXN-AM/FM in NC. To my knowledge, the WLXN call letters have NEVER been used in Lexington, SC. If you want to talk about that SC town, go over to the South Carolina board and talk about Longtime SC D.J. Legend Woody Windham and his show on WOMG-FM Oldies in Lexington, SC. Actually, Woody is fantastic has been on the air in SC for over 50 years. He has just opened a bar in Columia, SC called The Woody. His station WOMG has been Oldies for over 20 years (they were at 103 FM for many years). Often, I stream Woody and WOMG-FM on my computer. Great station!

Typing "oldied feed" instead of "oldies feed" is a "typo."
Typing "county music" instead of "country music" is a "typo."
Typing "Lexington County" when you're talking about WLXN then saying "there is a Lexington County NC" just shows you don't know anything about what you're talking about, but you're just talking to be talking.

Also, typing "Columia" instead of "Columbia" is a typo

Where is Bob Mahoney working now? What station and time of day?

I may have been a little harse on Bob Mahoney and the Shark, but I have a history with them. Bob is old enough to collect social security, so he's not going to starve! BIGAPE

Come on, you are not being fair. How much do you think his social security check would amount to? Enough to live on? Plus, Harold Bowen is working (part time) at age 90, and Max Meeks was almost 90 when he retired from WMFR.
