Did you see the ad for replacement? No one person i know has all of that experience-why not ask that they have a PhD in astrophysics while they're at it!
Ouch! Assistant PD/Webmaster/Afternoon personality/music director/copywriter/production director.... Have I left anything out? Somewhere whoever gets this job will have to find time to have a life, oh and to sleep!
Anyone who can do all that will have a monster sized ego and want tons of $$$$.
