WMBA has applied to Decrease Power to 120 watts day 110 watts night both nondirectional and still keep class B status. My understanding is at least 250 watts for class B status, and how can they drop to 110 at night nondirectional. KQV only got 75 watts nighttime and class D status. Any Thoughts?
