WMEE at reduced power?

In my hometown of Coldwater, MI (just across the Indiana state line) WMEE is always the strongest Fort Wayne station. However, in the last day or so, they have a noticeably weaker signal. It's comparible to Wild 96-3's regular reception here.

Are they doing tower maintenance that requires them to cut their power? I know it can't be tropo related because there are no signs of any tropospheric ducting right now. <P ID="signature">______________
