WMEX Application Dismissed

The recent minor modification by WMEX-FM 87.7 has been dismissed. Could they instead be planning to appy for 97.7?

It was dismissed by the FCC, as the 60dbu of WMEX APP was overlaping the 40dbu contour of WJMF.

Bob, WMEX applied to go from 88.1 to 88.7.

I was familiar with 1510, 1150, and 1060, then caught their trip up to the Lakes Region on 106.5, but now there's an 88.1 WMEX on the Vineyard? Those call letters are jinxed beyond belief... maybe their next stop is Florida for retirement.

At one point they may have been on the 102.5/102.9 (changed freq) in the Champlain Valley, too

Oh, OK; a typo. FCC doesn't license 87.7s (as radio but maybe they can license "analog ch 6"?)
and Hot 97 is there around these parts, can't be shut down I guess.
